Thanks for that Julia. I know how dedicated Wynford and his team are and I have evey faith that, if there is a solution, Wynford will find it. The programme is too important for it just to be lost.

We can only hope and pray that a solution is found to enable the programme to continue. Good Luck everyone .

I am Wynford's daughter. I just wanted to come onto DoreTalk tonight to thank all of you (well almost all ;-) for your amazing support. Wynford has had a very difficult few days but I spoke to him ago a few minutes ago and he is still positive about finding a solution for everyone on the programme now and for all those who need the programme but don't know about it yet. If you are on the programme, you will be contacted again next week with more specific information about what you need to or can do. As so many people have said already, please sit tight. We are so incredibly sorry for all this but we will find a way through. We need to make the decision whether to keep this forum open - I would really appreciate your thoughts. For those of you that know me - please feel free to email me rosanne.sayers@dore.co.uk and I will get back to you over the weekend. Thanks again...... Rosanne

Rosanne,
Thanks for the contact - I know I speak for many of us on the forum who are grateful for the update and the direct information from Wynford. I strongly hope that the forum stays open to provide some kind of comfort and support for people at such a difficult and upsetting time. I have posted in another makeshift forum, just in case this forum goes down, but feel that this is the best place for us to share our concerns and provide support to each other. I am sure many will agree.
Please keep in touch and good luck to your dad and the rest of the family. There are thousands of people supporting you all in finding a way through it all!

We need to make the decision whether to keep this forum open - I would really appreciate your thoughts. This forum and the hosting must be paid for, for a while anyway. My own personal opinion is, if it's not costing Wynford anything, there's nothing to be lost by keeping the forum open. Once the cost of the hosting is up for renewal then a decision obviously needs to be made. With regard to our children and their exercise regime, I would happily pay the cost of posting me, say, 9 months worth of exercises. We need this programme. The improvements that we have seen in three months have shown me that the initial outlay was worth the money. Surely, at the very least, we could get the exercises? Please put this to Wynford. I just can't face telling my son that the programme is finished. It will finish him off completely and I just don't know what we'll do.....

georges mum...like rosie said sit tight and pleasse do not panic..we all have today i think panicked (understandably)... i believe dore WILL bounce back...
the thing is the exercises are tailored to the individual so you need the 6 weekly assessments to see what exercises you need...does that make sense...keep going with the book you have for now....

I think keeping these boards open for as long as possible is probably a good idea. However, in case they do go down unexpectedly then I'd suggest people bookmark this as back-up now just in case it's needed.
Rosie, clients & staff will need to declare an interest as creditors, probably in the next few days (Australia had less than a week to do so). Can you please let people know who the administrators are ASAP? It would probably also help people if you could make clear what the situation in the other 6 countries where DORE operate is. Thanks. I'd suggest Citizen's Advice Bureau for free advice to anyone in the UK, and suggestions for Australia. Good luck.

You asked about the other Dore centres worldwide.....well, when I left Dore Caribbean in Barbados this afternoon the sun was shining and our 'dores' were still open & everything up and running...... we were fully operational and we will all be in office tomorrow morning at 7:30 to prepare for our 9 am appointments. We're all in this together....remember Dore is a FAMILY

I agree, we need to keep this forum open for as long as we can. Please make sure you all have details of the back up forum just in case we lose this one at short notice. Lets just hope and pray that they find a solution soon. Try and stay positive everyone. It's not over yet.

This forum is a lifeline for a lot of parents. It is a place where we come for information and guidance. It would be a shame if it closed and I believe would make people more jittery if they are unable to access information. We also have the ability to PM here and that information would be lost if the forum closed. Rosie - thanks for your posts here. We all really appreciate the time you take to give us the information. As Debbie says, the programme is too important to be lost. Childrens lives are changing for the better, and we have Wynford to thank for that.

I too agree to keep the forum open it is a lifeline for parents and they need familiar things at the moment to know that there is still a link there to Dore. Just knowing that when they want to find out information or just to see posts from people they have got to know on the forum will help to keep that feeling of "all in not lost alive". Ellie XXX

Rosie tell wynford to remain strong, we are all thinking of him and the whole of Dore, the majority of us are still there behind him and preying, we have not lost faith. Once you have seen the changes in your children you cannot forget they remain with you for ever and that is what the Dore family are about. Ellie XXX

I agree with Ellie the changes are amazing. Laura has changed so much it's hard to believe she's the same child. I will never be able to thank Wynford enough for that, he literally saved her life. Our thoughts are with you Wynford, we know you're trying your best to help us. We have to keep our Dore family together.

Rosie, news from Dore and the family is very much appreciated. My thoughts have been with Wynford especially, as I have had the pleasure of speaking with him personally and on the phone regarding the groups I have assisted in setting up, and my son going through the program. His passion shines through every time, and I know that he has got to be working very hard to keep the program strong in any way that he can. Rosie, I do hope the forum continues to stay open. If the US is okay, we still need you here across the pond! Blessings and prayers are going up and out from here. Thank you for everything.

Rosie, sorry to ask this but - can you give assurances that DORE clients won't now get into any sort of legal hot water for swapping exercises, and particularly making them freely available on the Internet? Sorry to ask, but given that people are talking abou this on the forum I set up then I'm not sure who'd be legally responsible, & I'm still a bit worried about your lawyers...

Eraina, thank you for trying to pass on some reassurance. I cannot tell you how much we have been staking on this programme. I'm not in a panic as such... I just have this over-whelming feeling of helplessness. Everybody who has read my blog can see how much this programme has helped us. I finally thought I had found a way to help my child. I am devastated at the thought that, just when we thought we had found the key to his problems, somebody called in the locksmith and changed the locks.
you dont have to tell me hun.. I know...although it all seems like it was a bad dream when I think how jordan used to be and the brilliant little man he is now....
Whatever anyone thinks of the marketing /research/business side of things Dore is Wynfords baby and you dont have the passion he has for it without being genuine...
hang on in there georges mum and lets see if we can all get through it together....the good thing about forums like this is that people stick together (mostly).....
