My eldest son Oscar started the Dore Programme as he was diagnosed severely dyslexic with attention difficulties and hyperactive and dyspraxic traits. Also diagnosed with mild Aspergers but its not a lable that fits well. He started Dore in June 06, aged 11yrs 10 months with a reading age of 8 yrs 6 months.
After 9 months his reading age jumped 48 months to 12 yrs 6months - which was then his actual age! We were told he'll need roughly 18 months on the programme.
